YOUR DREAM IS OUR PASSION

" Lauren Kennedy was a godsend when we decided to sell our home in Mission Viejo. She held our hand every step of the way through the listing process and guided us through California’s complex disclosure laws. She recommended a very talented home-stager and bought plants and flowers to make our house look incredibly inviting. My wife and I weren’t at all desperate to sell so we agreed on a top-of-the-market listing price. We got an above-asking-price offer in less than a week from a young family that made us feel so good about who would be living in the house where our children grew up and we had lived for 33 years. We live in Oceanside now but we’re still friends with Lauren."
